2. Forms are automatically sent to your providers 45-days before their insurance is up (or whatever advance date you choose). The system automatically kicks out credentialing update requests to those providers. The requests are sent via the provider's preferred method - mail, fax, or email.

3. The provider sends back their license and insurance information; we scan them, upload the images, pull off the data, and import it into your existing database. And now, from within your existing database or case management software, anyone with security clearance can see the forms with one click.

4. If the provider fails to respond, you can set up an automatic follow-up letter that kicks out a reminder letter.
